I realised that I actually never cooked a birthday meal for N before all these years. Partly because we were doing long distance or we were travelling on the day of his birthday. With a young baby, this year’s birthday celebration was a cozy little one at home, an early birthday meal, Japanese style. Thank you for being my best teammate, my loving husband, and now a caring daddy to Hudson.
